Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sugarhill Sunset, every candle is hand-poured with care to ensure the highest quality. We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.


RETURNS

We do not accept returns on used candles. If your item is unused, in its original packaging, and you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns may be subject to approval.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@sugarhillsunset.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different scent or size, please follow the return process (if applicable) and place a new order through our website.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Custom orders, limited edition releases, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
