Shipping policy
At Sugarhill Sunset, we take pride in delivering your candles with care and efficiency. Every order is packed securely to ensure your candles arrive safely, and we work to process orders promptly.
PROCESSING TIME
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping is typically 2–3 business days. In-stock candles ship within this window. Orders placed after Thursday at 12 PM PST may ship the following Monday to prevent candles from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.
SHIPPING TIMES

Domestic (United States): 5–8 business days after the 2–3 day processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier.

Once a package is scanned by USPS, UPS, or the selected carrier, Sugarhill Sunset is not responsible for delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries.

At this time, Sugarhill Sunset only ships within the United States. Should we expand internationally, buyers will be responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
